The Exit Interview Scorecard [CLM3] measures the 7-As or 7 Categories of Quality of Services

KPs in NCD who accessed the services in June 2022 (361) and September 2022 (406):
- They gave an EXCELLENT rating on awareness by giving a score of 3.88 out of 4.00.
- They said they had information about the services prior to their visit to the facility (an indication of community awareness).
- They said they were given more information on the service when they were at the facility (an indication of clinical staff with good information giving skills).
However, clinics can still improve on the improving awareness about the services and the facilities by improving promotion and marketing of clinics
- through collaboration between clinics and KPAC providing information in the communities about available services like:
  - PREP services being available in Lawes Road Clinic and Heduru Clinic
  - HIV Counselling and Testing in 23 NCD Clinics
  - ART in 13 NCD Clinics
  - Condoms and Lubricants in condom distribution centers (including KPAC office in Gordons)
- through distribution flyers
- through KP-community networks sharing information about the facilities

KPs in NCD who accessed the services in June 2022 (361) and September 2022 (406) also:
- They gave an EXCELLENT rating on affordability of services of majority of the facilities by giving a score of 3.77 out of 4.00.
- However, there were facilities that asked the KPs to pay for the services they received, and some KPs did not expect to use their personal money to spend on some items
  - Entrance/registration fee (K2 for maintenance of the clinic)
  - Booklets or record books (K5 - K10)
  - Medicines (STI drugs) not avaibale in the clinics and to be boughfrom the private pharmacies.
As action, clinics and KPAC can work together in providing information about fees required in each of the NCD facilities
